High Shear Mixer

A high shear mixer is able to offer high shear force in order to achieve special functions. The most common applications could be reducing the droplet size and producing emulsions and suspensions.

High shear force is able to be generated with Permix innovative stator-rotor system. When the rotor is working, it generates vacuum and sucks materials around it into the stator-rotor system, and pushes them through the precision machined narrow gap between stator and rotor, and the slots in the rotor, where the materials are subject to highly intensive actions of squeezing, pressurizing and milling. Cycles are formed in the tank to produce a very good fineness and uniformity for the total liquid body.
