The dispensing system makes the printer able to reproduce any color at any time. Being fully automatic and easy to use, this system enables the printing press operator to obtain the desired quantity of ready to use inks with a notable reduction in waste. The systems are high end solutions that fulfill the demand for speed, accuracy, repeatability and reliability required in high volume applications whether for solvent or water based ink or coatings. At the heart of the dispenser are precision manufactured stainless steel dispensing valves accurate to +/*1g (optionally +/*0.1g). Product is dispensed and recirculated through the valves controlled centrally by a PLC with user configurable parameters. All formulations are stored within the WT Management Software supplied with the system; this enables subsequent blends to be accurately and repeatedly dispensed. The Colourplus range of dispensers are available in *8, *2 or *6 ingredient configurations and are capable of dispensing batch sizes ranging from *0 – **0kg (*0 – **0 lbs) depending on scale supplied. The configuration of the system can be adapted to the space available.
