I. Application

ISG pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying water and other liquids, with similar chemical and physical properties to water. It is applied to industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurization and water supply, garden irrigation, fire control pressurization, long-distance transmission, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathrooms and other warm and cold water cycle pressurization

 and  supporting equipment, the applicable temperature T <*0℃.



II. Working Condition

Suction pressure ≤1.0Mpa, or the maximum working pressure of pump system ≤1.6Mpa, that is, pump suction pressure + pump head≤1.6Mpa. Hydrostatic test pressure  of  pump is 2.5Mpa. Please specify the working pressure of system when 

ordering.  Please indicate separately when ordering if the working pressure of pump 

system isgreater than 1.6Mpa, in order that the wetted part and coupling part adopt 

the material of cast steel. Ambient temperature <*0 â„ƒ, relative humidity <*5%. The volume fraction of solid particles in transmission medium does not exceed 0.1% of unit volume, particle size <0.2mm.



III. Working Principle

ISG vertical single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pump, based on the domestic excellent hydraulic models selected bytechnical personnel and domestic pump experts, is designed and manufactured ingeniously on the basis of common vertical pump, with adopting the parameters of IS centrifugal pump. Meanwhile, according to the operation temperature 

and medium, a series of products are derived from the IS vertical centrifugal pump, such as hot water pipeline pumps, high temperature pipeline pumps, corrosive chemical pump, oil pump, etc. ISG pipeline pump has the advantages of high efficiency, low voice, reliable performance, etc.
