IV. Structural Features

ZLB, ZLQ pumps are single-stage vertical axial flow pump, with structure consisted of the pump body part and transmission part. Pump body components aretrumpet tube, impeller parts, theguide vane body, elbow, bearings, stuffing box and coupling, etc. Transmission shaft at one end of transmission part connects with electromotor through coupling, and the other end connects to the pump. The axial force of pump is withstood by the bearings built in motor frame (or bearing housing). Shaft seal adopts packing seal. The revolving direction of pump impeller in transmission, view from suction inlet, is counterclockwise.
