KY***3D SMT adhesive is a kind of single epoxy resin adhesive.It is specially fit for SMT technology of sticking clips components stably in PCB board Long-term preservation stability is expected.Moreover it is good for environment protection for its safety,no solvent and no smelling.

Features:
1.Very good stable curing shapes without stringing and slumping are achieved at super high speed dispensing and very small dots.
2.It could be curing in lower temperature than any other glue

Curing Condition
1.The curing condition recommended is in 3.5 min after the PCB's surface temperature has reach **0°C 
2.The longer the curing time is,the stronger adhesive strength can be obtained.
3.The components mounted on the PCB have different material,size,etc,which also makes the actual temperature attached to the adhesive different.So please identify the most suitable curing conditions based on the actual production situation.

Specification

How to use
1.Adhesive should be preserved in refrigerator (Below2~*0°C) to keep on its quality.
2.Make sure the cover of the container is tight.
3.Before processing,the adhesive should be taken out from the refrigerator for de-freezing about 4hours until it reaching the room temperature.
4.The bottom of printing screen should be cleaned timely for using methylbenzene or acetic ether.
5.Qualityi guarantee period is six months.
