5.Well in flame retardant and accord with UL**-VO and ROSH standard.

Particularly suitable for CPU assembling,transistor,temperature sensor,power supply module,printer and refrigerator high thermal performance requirements of the adhesive seal.And flame retardant required sealing of other metal,plastic and glass.
