Application Range:

Mainly used in chemical industry,petrochemical industry,light industry, pharmaceutical industry and textile industry to transfer corrosive liquid without solid granule.

Construction Feature:

LDF little volume multi-stage pump is horizontal double support multi-stage sectional centrifugal pump.The impeller is diustributed symmetrically in order to balance axial force, therest axial force is supported by bearings.Mechanical seals or packing seals are adopted for shaft sealing.Pump is driven in the side of suction and the rotation is CCW when viewed from suction mouth of the pump.

Material:

Carbon steel. chromium steel.CrNiMo steel and other anti-corrosice alloy according to the conditon of pumped liquid.

Ordering Instruction

I. Pump size, pump material, shaft sealing as well as driver should be determined according to  service conditions.Capacity, total head,suction pressure, NPSH,specific gravity and temperature of medium must be specified when ordering.Also satureated steam pressure in working temperature, inflammability,explosive, toxicity and crystallizability must be given.

II.When special requirement for motor, the customer should tell the site condition, environmental temperature and humidity, installation and explosive proof grade.

III.For the type , size and material of shaft sealing ,the manufacturer will determine according to operatingh condition, the customers can also specify in thier orders.

Precautions:

I. When starting, the liquid level in tank  must be higher than the cventerline of impeller.

II. Since impeller, shaft sleeve, bust, wearing ring and other component parts are made of brittle alloy materials ,the knocking is prohibited.

III.If the snakespring coupling is used the sankespring is removed from union end or installled in slots between gear teeth.
