The North Seeking Gyro adopts micro-dynamically tuned gyro sensor and accelerometer as the core section, resolves the direction of gyro inclination relative to the earth north pole through the velocity component of earth rotation. It is composed of surface controller, running gear and PC software. When working, the tool is put down to the measuring position through logging cable and adopts point measurement. It can get a group of data from survey every 3 minutes. This instrument is free from the magnetic influence, and can be widely used in directional and survey operation of the geological developing, casing window and well under the magnetic environment.
