Thus, the TLV**4 is designed for battery-pwered appiication and as power mangement to low-power microcontrollers.The TLV**4 LDO supports a low dropout of typically**0 mV at **0 mA of load current. The low quiescent current (3.4 μA typically) is stable over the entire range of output load current (0 mA to **0 mA). TheTLV**4 also features an internal soft-start to lower the inrush current. The built-in overcurrent limit protection helps protect the regulator in the event of a load short or fault.The TLV**4 is available in a 2.**-mm × 1.**-mm SOT***5 package, which is useful for cost-effective board manufacturing.
