Features of flotation machine

This machine is made up of stock tank,stirring device, gas filling device, discharging mineralization foam device and motor.

1. Stock tank: It is mainly made up of tank welded of steel plate and gate made of round steel with stock inlet and gate device for adjusting ore pulp level.

2. Gas filling device: It consists of conduit and intake tube. When it revolves, impeller generatesnegativepressure.The air is sucked through hollowpump tube, and

spread in the ore pulp, beingbubble population. The ore pulp with large bubble is thrown fast to stator because of rotary force of impeller, that make the bubble in ore pulp

farther thin, and eliminate the rotary of ore pulp stream in flotation tank, cause large vertical rising bubble , providing necessary conditions for flotation process.

3. Discharging mineralization foam device:It scrapes the foam floating in the tank surface, mainly consists of motor driving reducer, and reducer driving scraper.

Brief Introduction:

Flotation separator can be used to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, precious metal, nonmetallic mineral, chemical fabrication & raw material. All of them can be

recycled by roughing, scavenging, selecting and anti-flotation operation. Flotation separator can be used to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal,

precious metal, nonmetallic mineral etc.

Working Principles:

Flotation separators have the following characteristics: big suction intensity and low power consumption. Each slot can do getter, grouting absorption and flotation to form a

flotation circle without any assistant of equipment. It is convenient to change the process with its horizontal distribution. Ore pulp circulates reasonably and can reduce the

deposit of the coarse sand to a biggest limitation. The self-controlling device on the surface of the ore pulp helps to adjust. Impeller owns trailing up-down blades. The up-blade

brings up-circulation while the down-blade gives birth to down-circulation.
