Brief introduction of linear
vibrating screen
Linear vibrating screen is a kind of
highly efficient screening machinery. It’s appropriate for quarry
to screen sand and stone material, also for industries as coal
dressing, beneficiation,building material, electricity, and
chemical doing screening.
Working principle of linear vibrating screen
When linear vibrating screen work,
two motors synchronically rotate counter, and cause the
reverse excitation force. The force drive the sieve body
longitudinally motion, which make the materialon the sieve periodically
throw a range forward, thus
the material screening work is completed.
Linear vibrating screen’s
working portion is fixed, making the materials be screened
according to material along the face sliding. Static grizzly is
one of the most used in dressing plant, for prescreening before
crush. It is simple in structure, easy fabrication, no
consumption power, can directly discharge ore to screen
surface.

changing the height of spring support.
