Nearly every part of the Moringa tree can be used to help sustain
or preserve life in some way, be it in the form of food or
medicines. Moringa Powder is derived from the moringa trees
nutrient rich leaves, which contain more vitamin C than an orange,
more calcium than a glass of milk, more potassium than a banana and
more iron than a serving of spinach.
Moringa Powder can be added to soups and stews for extra flavor and
nutrition, or can be blended into smoothies, shakes or other
beverages. It can also be lightly sprinkled on your food to fortify
it with essential vitamins and minerals. Try it today and discover
for yourself the reason why it deserves its title of tree of life.
Among its many health benefits, moringa is very
powerful immune system booster.

It has a strange but pleasant taste when i tried to make a tea
out of it ... I just started making banana milkshake with this
and chia, 1 teaspoon of each per serving. It lets me sleep better
at night.

I thought I'd try it. It does taste like leaves, not the most
appetizing so I mixed it in with food which really helps. After
2-3 weeks of about a teaspoonful at breakfast 5 days a week, I
did notice my skin did feel smoother to the touch! I have not
really noticed much difference in improving my immune system, but
I haven't been sick yet this winter either!

There's this MLM company Zinga that sells Moringa powder at
rip-off prices. As usual they go around telling people that
theirs is different from everyone else's but can't prove it. I
learned about Moringa through them and i'm ashamed to say i
bought their products. I wish i'd found this Company much
sooner. I love their product line, especially their chia seeds
and maca powder. The articles they have on their products are
very helpful too. This is a one-stop shop for all things
super foods.

I have only had the Moringa for a few days so far, but I actually
like the tea made with it. I have already noticed though, that
it's best to drink in the evening, since it seems to make me
drowsy. The product quality from this Company seems
excellent.

Thanks Mike! I will try the Moringa in both smoothies and tea and
look into the strainer you mentioned. Good idea, thanks for your
post.

In response to Autumn... the Moringa being a fine powder makes it
a bit tricky to make into tea actually. What you need is this
strainer from a company called Finum (German i think). It's the
best strainer there is since it filters the most solids out of
the water compared to other strainers. Just have a teaspoon or a
tablespoon a day in tea or in your smoothie, you'll notice
something after a week... it's winter and i just spent a few days
around a bunch of people with sniffles. Like real close
proximity. I'm still good.

I just started using the Moringa and drink like tea. At first I
used way too much so start out slow so you don't get a belly ache
or anything. Now that I use much less in my tea it's a lot better
to drink. I just started so I will report back on my findings. I
would love to hear other ideas on how to use Moringa from the
rest of you. Look forward to all the great health benefits I
continue to read about with Moringa powder.
