Multifunctional bleaching agent  SB-LP**0 can effectively replace most of agents used in the traditional sodium hydroxide bleaching process, suitable for cotton and its blends. It can be used in various processes, such as dye vat dyeing, jet overflow dyeing and pad dyeing and so on

Applications

 1. Discontinuous process**-suitable for yarns, knit fabrics and towels

     Reference Recipe:

 Process: prepare chemicals→cloth entering→*0~*5°C×*0mins→warm washing→cold washing→cloth discharging

2. Continuous process**-suitable for cotton woven fabrics, knit fabrics and towels

Reference Recipe:

      Process

(1) grey fabric→singeing→extingiushing→padding (pick up: **0%)→ steaming at **2°C for *0~*0mins→warm washing→cold washing→drying

(2) grey fabric→singeing→extingiushing→padding (pick up: **0%) →cold pad batch for 8~*4hrs→steaming at **2°C for *5~*0mins→warm washing→cold washing→drying
