Product Introduction:
The high-temperature
foaming agent is produced after ultra-fining treatment and surface
denaturing. It is used widely in the foaming of such plastics as
EVA,PE and PVC and many kinds of rubber, and is suitable to
hot-pressing foaming in large or small mold and secondary foaming
of PE.

Application
Specification:
There are a lot of awful
odourgases
will be produced during the process of AC foaming agent. These
gases mainly made by Coss-linking agent DCP and NH3
which is irritant gas. It has a very bad influence on human
skin,eye and respiratory system.even worse it will be life
threatering.
Therefore, many developed
countries provide the clear content of NH3 of foaming agent in
express terms. In consideration of side effect of NH3,we made a new
kind of blowing agent that has very low NH3.For difference of foam
forming technology, If it develop well, the content of NH3 will be
controlled in 0.*3%.This
technology will bewidely used in the processs of low,
mid-temperature ,high temperature and IP technology so
on.
All of
these foaming agent can be used to produce the Environment friendly

Package and Storage:
This series of foaming agent
features excellent stability when stored under the common
temperature. It should be kept in the cool and dry place and be
kept far from hot steam pipeline, fire source, and direct sunlight.
Never let it contract direct acids and alkalis. It is suggested
that good ventilation conditions should be realized where the
foaming agent is treated or mixed. Be careful not to inhale its
powder, not to make frequent skin contact with it and not to
swallow it.

are packed in cartons or barrels, depending on clients’
demand.
