[Product Description]

This Pfu DNA polymerase is a kind of high fidelity thermostable DNA polymerase,which is 8~*0 times of Taq DNA polymerase. This enzyme has both 5' → 3'DNA polymerase activity and 3' → 5' exonuclease proofreading activity. It can promptly remove the base mismatch nucleotides from DNA synthesis chain,so that greatly increase the rate of correct base pairing,ensures the high fidelity of DNA synthesis.This enzyme has no 5'3' exonuclease activity.

[Storage conditions] Store at *0°c, shelf life more than 2 years.
