Dentex Posterior Light Cure Composite (APC) is a light curable
composite. It can be used for posterior dentine and all class
restorations. The inorganic filler loading is about *1 % by volume.
The particle size varies from 0.*3 to 5 microns.

Function:
After filling, a blue light initiates a quick free radical
polymerization generating an organic resin and inorganic filler
composite which demonstrates a great strength and aesthetic
appearance as real tooth. Due to its high radiopacity, a clear
X-ray picture will be helpful for clinic
practice.
Indications for use:

Instructions:
(1)Preparation: isolate and prepare tooth.
(2)Cleaning: rinse the preparation with water.
(3)Drying: gently air dry until there is no visible water. Do not
allow enamel or dentin to dry for an excessive period of time.
(4)Applying Dentex Self-Etchingl One-Bottle Adhesive (SOA):
dispense **2 drops of AOS into a mixing well, apply enough SOA to
the entire preparation with a little brush until a shiny surface is
achieved and then wait for *0 seconds (SOA should not be applied to
much ). Use a gentle stream of air to evaporate the solvent for 5
seconds. (if using a non self-etching adhesive, an etching step
should be used according to the manufacturer's instruction).
(5)Cure: light cure for *0 seconds at **0±*0mW/cm2. Keep the
distance to exposure surface less than 4 mm.
(6)Applying Dentex all purpose light cure composite (APC): place
selected APC into cavity preparation following by light cure.
According to following table, the curing time is recommended for
different depth and color shades.

In order to reduce shrinkage stress, for a large cavity, an
increment filling is recommended. In general, **2 mm increments are
placed into cavity preparation from different sides and the
restoration is built incrementally. Each increment is light cured
for *0 seconds.
(7) Finishing: after light cure, adjust restoration.
(8) Polishing: use polishing strip or disc to polish the
surface
WARNING:
Do not use this product for patient who is allergy to
methylmethacrylate. Do not use this product with any material
contained eugenol.
PRECAUTIONS:
Methmethacrylate resins may cause skin sensitization in susceptible
persons. In case of contact, wash skin with soap and water. In
severe situation, get medical attention.
ATTENTION :
To an exposed pulp, a pulp capping material such as Calcium
hydroxide may be used before using this product.
STORAGE:
Store at *5ºC or less in a cool and dry place and avoid direct sun
exposure. Recap the syringe after use.
DISPOSAL:
After the product is used up, dispose it as normal medical
rubbish.
