PPR Pipes extrusion Production Line
The production line is mainly used producing pipe material whose raw material is mainly PP-R resin. It also is suitable for producing pipe materials of PP, PPB, PVC, PE resin. One unit serves several purposes. It can produce common PP-R, Nanometer anti-bacteria pipe, PE-RT and PE-X. PPR Pipe diameter is among *****0mm and production speed reaches to *6m/min.

This pipe extrusion line mainly includes single screw extruder, PPR pipe molds, vacuum calibrating water tank, water spray water cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacker .

Firstly, put PP-R material and other assistant material into the mixer and mixing the material symmetrically, then feed into the hopper, at the same time heat extruder and keep the temperature, and the material is melted and plasticizing by extruder, then extruded by die and head and goes into vacuum calibration tank. and cooling device., then draw-off by draw-off machine, then printing word by ink jet printer, then put into automatic dustiness cuter to finish the automatic cut according to pre-kept length and stacking into the shelf. And the qualified product is packed and put into storeroom, and inferior product is crushed and recycled.


Single screw extruder: Special two stages screw design and intensify plasticization design, ensure high speed and high quality PP-R pipe extrusion on the high quality basis; High shear and low melting plasticizing temperature ensure material high performance extrusion. (Gravimetric) automatic loader and drier system ensure homogeneous extrusion of PP-R pipe, Special melting material filter is specially designed for PP-R pipe extrusion.

PPR pipe extruding molds: Spiral diffluent type extrusion die is specially designed for PP-R extrusion, ensure stable extrusion of pipes at the best melting temperature. it features in easy adjustment and uniform extrusion, ensures that melting pressure and flux are uniformity, the surface of pipe is smooth and shapely.
Smaller single screw extruder: pipe marking line Pipe marking line is extruded by smaller single screw extruder through the composited extrusion die.

Vacuum calibrating water tank: it is equipped with two-stage vacuum system(for large diameter)advanced water recycle & high pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device and accurate water level & water temperature automatic control system. The accurate stannum bronze calibration sleeve ensures fast cooling speed and molding of pipe. Its material is stainless steel.

Water spray cooling tank:Long cooling unit ensures high efficiency cooling, unique pipeline design, shorten cooling length. Accurate water level & water temperature automatic control system realize precise temperature control. Tank upper section made from stainless steel.

Haul-off machine: highly wear-resistant rubber V-shaped pads, special upper and lower lifting devicesimplize the production of different pipe diameter, strong abrasion resistance in caterpillar, stable and high speed pulling force and so on.

Cutting machine: Unique scrap less cutting structure to ensure the perfection of pipe end, Scrap less cutting with the characteristics of low noise and energy saving, Advanced follow-up design to ensure the accuracy of pipe cutting, the cutting section is flat and smooth with high precision and low noise.

Stacking unit:automatic overturning or roller stacking unit, can design dual-shaft widning unit for small pipe.

Control system: PLC computer control system with touch screen interface can realize automatic and reliable operation We can offer Siemens PLC controlling system which is intelligent controlling system. Also we can offer ordinary controlling system which use Siemens electrical parts, Omron temperature controller. Operation is simple.
