1. Product introduction
 
Streptococcus Protein G (SPG for short) is a protein in the cell wall of G and C streptococci. It can specifically bind to the Fc segment of immunoglobulin IgG molecules without affecting the ability of its Fab segment to bind to antigen molecules. It can not only bind to all subclasses of human, mouse, and rat IgG, but can also bind to guinea pig, rabbit, goat, cow, sheep, and horse IgG, which is significantly better than only binding to human and mouse IgG. Staphylococcus protein A (Staphylococcus Protein A, referred to as SPA). In addition to the IgG binding domain, natural SPG also has albumin and cell surface binding domains. Recombinant SPG removes albumin and cell surface binding domains to reduce non-specific binding. It has a greater affinity than natural SPG and SPA.
