8. It is a kind of phosphate vulcanization accelerator, vulcanization rate belongs to super
rate. The product can be used as rapid vulcanization accelerator in NR and EPDM. It is
used as a secondary accelerator in sulfur vulcanization system of EPDM and NR. When
used together with other accelerators such as sulfenamide, thiazole and thiuram, harmful
nitrosamines are not produced during the vulcanization process. So the product is an
environment-friendly and fast vulcanization accelerator. This product can be used for the
semitransparent and rapid vulcanization of natural rubber shoe sole formula, engineering
molding and extrusion products, such as film, tire buffer layer, rubber fender, sealing strip,
etc
