CHARACTERISTICS:
1.TY-SJ101 is an agglomerated fluoride-basic type flux.

2.Metallurgical behavior: Slight silicon pick up. The behavior of manganese is neutral.

3. Basicity: 1.8(BIIW). Grain size: 10 to 60 mesh

4. Excellent welding performance
TY-SJ101 assures excellent weldability, and the welding bead appearance is beautiful and the slag is easy to remove.

5.The diffusible hydrogen content in deposited metal is less than 5ml/100g, so it has very good toughness at low temperature, 
therefore, crack resistance is extremely high.

6. It is suitable for submerged arc twin- wire, tandom and multi- wire welding as well as for welding with the two- run technique.

Cautions:

Damp flux should be re-dried at 300-35 centigrade for 2 hours. 
Rust, grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before welding.

Applications: 
Butt and fillet welding of minature LPG tanks,Structural steels,Gas bottles,Pipeline steel,especially Spiral pipes welding.

Characteristics:

1. TY.SJ301 is an agglomerated calcium-silicate type welding flux

2. Metallurgical behavior: High silicon pick-up is obtained.When the manganese content in wire is less than 1.5%,also a manganese pick-up.

3. Grain size: 10 to 60 mesh  Basicity: 1.0(BIIW)

4. Regularly shaped welds are deposited without reducion of area or interface notches.

5. Slag detachability is good. A short slag is produced,thus allowing circumferential welding on small-diameter workpieces without the risk of uncontrolled slag.

6.The production of large pipes(especially spiral pipe welding) is a typical application fo this flux

7. Relatively high manganese pick-up is obtained,thus allowing the flux to be used with wires with a low Mn content.


Necessary process before welding:

Damp flux should be re-dried at 300-350 ºC for 2 hours.Rust,grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before welding.

APPLICATIONS:
Butt and flat fillet welding of miniature LPG tanks, ships, vehicles, agricultural implements, machinery, boilers, Pressure vessles,bridges, structural steels.
 
CHARACTERISTICS:

1. TY-SJ501 is an agglomerated aluminate- rutile type flux.

2. Metallurgical behavior: High silicon and manganese pick- up is obtained.

3. Grain size: 14 to 60 mesh.Basicity: 0.7( BIIW).

4. Excellent welding performance. 
Slag detachability is very good, especially at high speed.
Welding porosity scarcely occur.

5. Its welding speed can travel up to 120 cm/ min. It is particularly useful for welding tube- web- tube joints of finned tubes.

6. TY-SJ501 is useful for welding thin plate in single pass and limited pass.

7. The flux has low moisture pick-up  and granular stability . As the bulk density is low so is the consumption rate.

Caution:
1.Damp flux should be re-dried at 300-350 Centigrade for 2 hours.
