Progressive Cavity Pump(Screw Pump) for Oilfield

PCP oil production system can be used for production of low-viscosity crude oil, and also for heavy oil, high freezing point oil, high sand oil and high gas oil. Its advantages are as follows: less one-time investment, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, simple structure, easy installation and convenient maintenance.

Product Description

The progressive cavity pumps are manufactured in accordance with ISO ***1, ISO ****1, OHSAS ****1.

Main advantages of PCP:

1. The orientation of PCP overall design is: prolonging run lige of the PCP to maximum extent with large eccentricity, low speed and linear contact between the rotor and the stator.

2. Characteristics of the rotor: high quality carbon structural steel is used to ensure enough torsional strength of the rotor; the overall heat treatment process ensures that the strength of the rotor is the same overall.

3. The stator uses the overall rubber injection process to ensure that the stator rubber has overall coherence in the spiral line. This brings out a better interaction of the stator and rotor, and increases pump efficiency and run life of the stator.
