INJECTION PUMP/GROUT
Product Characters: Light, only
7kg, easy to carry and maintain, can do self-maintenance on the
working places. The biggest pressure can reach ****0PSI. The
medicament also can inject into tiny cracks and pores.
Working Positions: Outside walls of
basements, plate leaking sealing, second joints and cracks, top
boards leaking sealing, pillars and walls epoxy
strengthening.
Use Method: Drilling holes on
leaking/strengthening positions. Lock pinhead tightly. Pour
medicament into material cup. Turn on switch, squeeze out left
cleaning agent or lubricant from material cup and hose till
medicament spraying out. Insert pinhead, inject medicament into
walls for leaking sealing and strengthening.
Operation instructions:
1 make sure the switch of the electrical driving drill is on R
direction.
2. the electrical driving drill is not hammer drill, so do not
operate it like hammer drill.
3. make sure the screws and nuts do not come off; the pressure
hose and the switch value is tightly connected.
4. adjust the rotate speed of the electrical driving drill to
the maximum, turn on switch of the electrical driving drill. And
then plug in wire line. When it is connected to power, do not turn
of the electrical driving drill switch.
5. there is a hexagonal copper cap screw between axes and
pump(*7 spanner) and there is a thick Teflon washer inside. It is
for leaking proof. If the medicament come out here when you are
using the pump, please adjust the screw.
6. the maximum pressure could be ****0PSI, make sure the
pressure durability of waterproof injection packer is good enough.
Otherwise it may be dangerous.
7. The high pressure injection pump can injection epoxy. When
you use it to inject epoxy, make sure you will finish injecting
work within the set time(epoxy can be harden within a short time).
If the temperature of epoxy is rising, stop working at once and
then wash the pump with cleanser. Make sure the pump is clean,
otherwise it may be blocked by the epoxy.
8. Do not use medicament with granule, such as epoxy
mortar.
9. After working, please clean the pump with special cleanser
for two or three minutes. And then keep some cleaner leftover in
the pump to avoid blocking because of the medicament
leftover.
