Brief Description
With electric hoist as its lifting mechanism, the single girder suspension crane have such characteristics of little space required, compact structure, easy installation, low cost and so on, which can be widely used in workshop, factory and other place to lift heavy load.
Main Technical Specification
- Lifting capacity ranged from 0.5t to *0t.
- The span (from railcenter to railcenter) ranged from 3.0 m to *6m. And the cantilever on both end of main girder can be asked according to real workshop space.
- Lifting speed can be single speed (like 8m/min), or double speed (like 0.8/8m/min), or variable speed (as 0.8~8m/min).
- Lifting height can be 3m to *0m.
- Trolley traversing speed can be *0m/min or *0m/min.
- Traveling speed of the crane can be designed according to ur requirements
- Control method for suspension crane is pendant control or remote control.
- The working duty is A3~A5.
- The working ambient is **5℃-**0℃.
Material for Crane Construct
- Material for crane construct is Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0 centigrade.
- Material for crane wheel is *5Mn or *2 CrMo.
Component Used on Crane
- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Nanjing Special Motor.
- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor is of Schneider.
- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.

- Main girder and end carriage covered by rain-proof clothes.
- Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in wooden box.

Delivery
- Delivery time for the whole suspension crane is *0 working days after payment advance.
Shipment
- Dispatch port can be Qingdao Port, Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or so on China port.
- Open top container or flat rack container will be recommended for the crane with main girder is less than *2m.
- Bulk cargo vessel will be used for crane with length of main girder is more than *2m.
- We can recommend our forwarder to our customer, and the forwarder appointed by our customer is also appreciated.
