Long Life UHT Milk
Long Life UHT Milk
Our UHT Milk is a very creamy and tastfull ready-to-use milk. It
has been produced from fresh cow's milk and it has a shelf life
of *2 months.
The long shelf life of our UHT milk is possible because of a
special production process. Fresh milk is heated at an Ultra High
Temperature min. **5°C) or an extremely short period (1 to 2
seconds). During this process spores in the milk are killed to
ensure that the milk can be kept longer.
Our UHT milk is available in full cream (with min. 3.5%
butterfat) and in half cream milk (min. 1.5% butterfat) in 1
litre Tetrapacks.
Once opened the milk has to be refrigerated and consumed within
**4 days.
