Sand Making Machine (VSI ):

VSI series crushers are widely used in metal and nonmetal mine, concrete, fireproof material, abrasive filler, frit, construction aggregate, sand, metallurgy and so on. VSI series crushers are applied to medium-fine crush all of the ore and rock such as iron ore, nonferrous metal, emery, bauxite, granite and so on.

Sand Making Machine (VSI and VSI5X) features:

VSI5X series vertical shaft crushers adopt Germanic advanced technique and obtain many proprietary intellectual property rights and the patent technology as well as integrate with three types of crushing who have been the core equipments in sand making industry. The new type of high-efficiency crushers obtains the following advantages:
1. Optimized deep-cavity rotor improve the material throughput by about *0%
2. Part-worn around protecting plate can be reversed end for end to use again which improve the operating factor by more than *8%.
3. Assembled hammer reduces the cost by more than *0%. In addition, adding the assistant hammer which protects the frame when the main hammer is worn.

Sand Making Machine (VSI and VSI5X) working principle:

VSI Impact Crusher Working Principle: After materials are fed into the hopper, they are through a central feeding hole, thrown to the impellers, which are rotating at a high speed. Then the material are accelerated and thrown out of impeller area. There part of materials, first, impact on the other part of materials, which are falling down, and then, they together strike on the material layers or on impact blocks. Due to rebound, they will back to top of crushing cavity and again be shot back to strike on another part of materials which are shot from the impeller flow and form a continuous material curtain. The final products will be discharged from the discharge open at the bottom .

1. special light oil lubracation systems ensures the temperature to be within *5.

2. brand new automatic protection device provides the machine with vibrating, oil filtering and warning system;
