First grade flour specification:                           

1. Moisture                        - *4, 5 %;

2. Gluten not less              - *8;
3. A whiteness not less      - *2;

4. SGC                               - up to *0;

5. Ash                                 - 0, *5 %.

6. Protein                            - *1, 5%
