The wheat supplied from farmers by passing through required quality analysis in our R&D laboratory (wet gluten, gluten index, sedimentation, moisture, test weight etc.) and classified in our warehouses.  This classified wheat passed through from foreign material separator and pre-subjected to the cleaning process before ready for use. In peeling equipments which is in the final stages of cleaning the shell covers the outer layer of the wheat is effectively separated. The peeled wheat is rested in the warehouses for the improvement of grinding specialities through quenching process. At the end of settling process the wheat absorbe the water in order to be ready for clean, comfortable and qualified grinning. The wheat broken in the rolls are carried to the screens through pneumatic group and after the screen process classified and sent to where theyre going to. Semolina purifier, undertake the task that to classify the semolina taken from the screens and sent them to the specified rolls having completed a troublesome journey by being carried away up and down hundreds of times the wheat, now becomes an arduous wheat flour. According to the quality, the flour transferred to the appropriate silos then sent in accordance with the customers request.
