General description

    Yeast extracts is manufactured from fresh high quality yeast. It is a good supplier for all kinds of amino acids, water soluble vitamins especially those belonging to B complex. The quality is analysed by National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products, Zhejiang Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Station, Life Science College Testing Center of Peking University. Solubility

    It is easy to dissolve in water. The 1.0% water solution is clear, light yellow. The small bubles produced during dissolution wil disappear on standing for *0 minutes. There is no precipitatation under high temperature and high pressure conditions with alkalinity and phosphates.
