Acid Protease Powder is an Acid Protease enzyme derived from Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation.  

Acid Protease Powder hydrolyzes protein under low pH. It has strongly conducts proteolysis and broadly used in the industry of fuel ethanol, distillery, leather bating, juice purification, animal feed additives and so on.

FUNCTION PRINCIPLE
Acid Protease Powder conducts proteolysis (protein catabolism), beginning by hydrolysis of the peptide bonds that link amino acids together in the polypeptide chain forming the protein.

In alcohol industry
