Product uses
Packing of irregularly shaped bag can reveal the

shaped bag has been widely applied in the filed of beverage,

cutting.
Product characteristics
Previously, irregularly shaped bags making were first making
bags and then cutting irregular shape. In this way, it would
lead to great loss, great position deviation, various processes
and lower production capacity, especially for zipper bag and
stand-up bag making. Imported equipments are expensive because
of matching functions. Therefore, aiming at the demand of
domestic and International market, our company has launched
automatic die cutting machine for irregularly shaped plastic
bag making which can be connected with plastic bag making
machines to solve the problems previously stated. Online
production, online immediate inspection and packing of finished
products, together with direct delivery have greatly improved
the productivity. The machine is equipped with micro-adjustment
device for front, back, left and right sides, with accurate
positioning to provide you with a machine of easy and
convenient for operation, safety, practicality and high
efficiency.
Function description
Control system of Automatic Die Cutting Machine (HL***0C7)
adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) as main control
unit, alternating current (AC) servo motor as action of
die cutting mechanism. Meanwhile, it puts to use specialized
frequency converter for tension control to control rewinding
tension, ensuring the suitability for all kinds of die cutting
tension. Moreover, it employs direct-current (DC) motor for
rewinding, possessing characteristics of great output force and
rolls alternation without machine halt. Each parameter of the
system is shown by man-machine interface, man-machine
interactive interface is convenient, safety protection is
concerned and operation is simple, making it a comparatively
advanced die cutting control system nowadays. The man-machine
interface of the system has two pages of display contents, the
first page is working page and the second page is system
parameter page (password is required to enter).Â
