Roll unwinding unit

1. Main unwinding shaft adopts pneumatic core shaft, making it easy for position alignment of material loading. Loadable film diameter≤φ**0mm, width≤***0mm, both sides of unwinding device are equipped with pneumatic locking device

2. Unwinding tension is equipped with magnetic powder brake（*5Nm）and roller type encoder for speed measurement together to carry out automatic control, unwinding tension infinitizes the size of roll diameter, meanwhile, unwinding device is equipped with pneumatic tension floating rollers.

3. Unwinding traction roll device keeps accordant with frequency conversion motor (3.7KW) for material output to ensure stable material feeding.  

4. Unwinding shaft of upper unwinding device adopts pneumatic core shaft, and meanwhile equipped with automatic deviation correction device. Tracking electric eye for deviation correction  can carry out  micro-adjustment.    

5. In the process of mono-unwinding, materials will enter in a horizontal way with automatically photoelectric control for film edge correction, making it effective tracking and micro-adjustment for printing materials or non-printing materials. Monolithic materials will enter the V-shaped metal sheet for segmentation. 

(1) Balance of tension

Equipped with regulating device for opposite sides combination between upper &lower layers. Floating tension roller as well as pneumatic tension adjustment will transform continuous feeding into stepping feeding, making material output more effective, equipped with film edge slitting device. They keep balance with traction tension, making material ametabolic and stable conveying.

(2) Vertical sealing unit

1. Three groups of corresponding heat sealing and cooling devices from top to bottom are available for independent adjustment by horizontal movement and linear adjustment by unidirectional cutter.

2. Contactless thermostatic control

3. The available heat sealing length for vertical sealing is **0mm and the available cooling length for vertical sealing is **0mm

4. Heat insulation cloths and clamp membrane exhaust device from top to bottom

5. The quantity of assembling unit is adjustable according to clients requirement.

(3) Traverse sealing unit

â‘  Equipped with two sets of AC 1.5KW servo motors for material feeding traction drive;

â‘¡ Traverse sealing floating roller device is equipped with Hall-effect switch to detect signals of tension floating roller, thus, it will effectively adjust the torque output of traction servo motor. Film tension can be adjusted by pneumatic device;

â‘¢ Traverse sealing device is equipped with four groups of vertical heating devices,  which can effectively solve heat sealing problem, with maximum *0 times for multiple conveying function;

â‘£ One group of cooling device can guarantee effective cold sealing;

⑤ Moveable punching device is used for adjustment on all sides, as long as punching device fastens the bracket;  

â‘¥ Photoelectric positioning device can move backwards and forwards with bilateral micro-adjustment for the color code position involved;

⑦ Integrated type of film scrap eliminating and punching device can carry out manual position adjustment;   

⑧ Electrostatic eliminator is for fear of irregularity after cutting and drift rate of finished bags;

⑨ Equipped with adjustable function for conveying and output function for sufficient quantity;

Each punching device for φ8mm circular hole and 5mm*2mm tear notch, 2 sets in total 

Film scrap rewinder 1 set       

Aluminium roller by electrochemical anode treatment together with rib reinforcement ensures film non-darkening. All of other parts have been phosphate coated for fear of rust.
