TRANSACTION SELLING PROCEDURES
 

1. Buyer issues CIS , Company Profile and banking information along with the past performance (if applicable ) along with acceptance letter that the buyer will present the logistic company manager on the meeting required (TTM or ZOOM)
2. Seller Review the CIS and invite the buyer to the TTM - Available in UAE - Only - Fujairah or Dubai. Alternative the Seller invite buyer via seller representatives in a Zoom meeting to disclose and confirm the quantity of the product, the port and the logistic company
3. Buyer appoint the person for the TTM and BLC/ MT**9 (POF) need to be provided on the meeting in order to receive the Full POP and Seller logistic inspector to be Connected to the Buyer logistic inspector (manager)
 4. Seller Issue CI and follow the procedure
 
 More details will be discussed on the TTM (or ZOOM ) between the seller and buyer.
