The 1000L
tonne tank aseptic sachet filling machine is suitable for aseptic
filling of fruit and vegetable juices, jams or their concentrated
products, dairy products and other viscous or non-viscous
fluids.
The machine uses steam
injection to sterilise the bag opening and filling chamber to
ensure that the filling chamber is always aseptic, with
sterilisation of the aseptic bag opening, opening, filling and
sealing all done in a sterile environment. The equipment comes with
CIP cleaning and SIP sterilisation action flow, which can be linked
with the front-end steriliser, eliminating the need for separate
cleaning and sterilisation. The whole machine is made of high
quality stainless steel 304 except for the electrical
configuration, motor and soft connections. The piping layout is
reasonable without dead ends and the circulating steam and
compressed air are discharged outside the aseptic filling workshop
through the corresponding piping. The machine is mainly composed of
aseptic filling head, electric lifting system, man-machine control
system, steam protection system, metering system, electric rotating
tray, roller conveyor system, etc., with independent control
cabinet and simple box, touch screen and programmable
controller (PLC) using Germany Siemens, solenoid valve and cylinder
using Adecco, switch using Schneider; metering system using
Germany Cologne flowmeter. The packaging bag adopts
aluminium-plastic composite aseptic bag (5L-1000L). Equipped with
two sets of control systems, manual and automatic, flowmeter
metering controller control, high efficiency and low investment.

filling platform. The operation process is manual bag filling with
