A thermal interruption is a one-dimensional device in which a temperature change results in a change in the interruption value, usually required to transmit the interruption signal through a wire to a computer control unit or other device. Industrial thermoelectric barriers are installed at a certain distance between the production site and the control room, so the measurement results of this thermoelectric barrier have a significant impact. At present, there are three main methods for wiring thermal interference. (1) Two-wire system: A method in which a thermal interference signal is drawn from a single conductor connected to both ends of the thermal interference. This method is simple, but because the connecting conductor must exist, The size of the line resistance is related to the material and length of the conductor, so this type of line resistance method is only suitable for use in cases where the measurement accuracy is low.

(2) Three-wire system: one end of the thermally-insulated base is connected to one root conductor, and the other end is connected to two root conductors. This type of system is usually used with a bridge arrangement, which can effectively eliminate the interference caused by the conductors. The effect is that it is the most commonly used line blockage in industrial process control.

(3) Four-wire system: The two ends of the thermal barrier are connected to two root wires, which is called the four-wire system. The two root wires provide a constant current to the thermal barrier, and the voltage signal is converted to the other two. The pull wire is pressed to pull the signal to the secondary table. It appears that this method can completely eliminate the interference effect of wiring and is mainly used for high-precision temperature measurement.imageimage
