Many plant materials with a high pectin content are suitable for the prodcution of high quality and high molecular pectins. Such as citrus peels,apple pomace and sugar beet chips.Yuning Pectin is come from citrus peels.Part of the citrus peels is from local cannery,other is purchased from south of China.

Classification of Yuning pectin
Yuning Pectins range from food grade pectin to pharma grade pectin.High methoxyl pectin is the main products of the company,especially its HM-SS Pectin type perform well in making confectionary,jellies and ordinary jams,making the end products posses elastic texture.Yuning MRS Pectin is mainly used in fruit juice and dairy products.Yuning pharma grade pectin mainly used in cosmetic and pharma industry.
