Calcination is the process of modification, purification, decomposition, oxidation and reduction of chemical process. Sintering process of material is static and dynamic movement, the more calcination surface materials, the faster heat transmission, the less time consumed. Working principle
Calcining furnace is composed of gas heater, gas-solid mixer, the calcining furnace body, gas-solid separation collector. Pre calcination materials will be sent to the furnace by gas-solid mixer, they are mixed with the hot air flow pattern movement, a spin sintering process in the instant finish, from calcining furnace exit into gas-solid separator, after the separation solids and gases will be discharged from the discharging gate and the vent
