Superfine Molybdenum powder drying machine
On the basis of spin flash dryer, we invented the superfine molybdenum powder drying machine mainly targeted for its high specific gravity. After drying moisture content is 4 ~ 6%, Modified rotary flash drying machine has the mechanical dispersion and dry material granularity adjustment function, large capacity, low energy consumption, water content is adjustable. Flash drying, the drying time is 1 ~ 5 seconds, the product does not over-burning, uniform quality, high liquidity. System is closed pollution-free, yield > *9%. Molybdenum ore concentrate will be put into the drying machine by spiral feeder and mix with the hot air, under the force of hot air and mechanical dispersion, granular fluidization could be dried instantly and fully. The mixture of solid fluid through the collector, molybdenum concentrate is collected as the powder products. Moisture exhaust will be discharged by the emptying fan and the whole process under control. Dried molybdenum ore concentrate will be sent into the kiln for calcination.
