Function：
Magnetic Seprators’
main function is to magnetically separate steel wires/ particles
from the mixture of rubber and steel/iron generated in different
procedures of tire recycling.
Depending on where
are they used, magnetic separators can be designed into different
forms. The quantity of magnetic separators can also vary to meet
different requirements on separation rate.
Box Magnetic
separators are ideal for separating small
steel wires/ iron particles, mostly placed at the end of material
output conveyors of different tire recycling equipments, such as
LXF- series rubber grinder/ granulators and XKP- series rubber
pulverizers.
Belt magnetical
Separator and Magnetic separating
roller( roller type separator) are ideal for removing larger
steel wires/ cords from the rubber. They are usually placed over
the material output conveyors, or at the material output openings
of different machines
