Function：
The two-roller Rubber pulverizer XKP- Series’ main function is to
process waste rubber chips or granules into rubber powder/crumb
of different sizes. The machine　uses　two
metal rollers to sqeeze the rubber.
In Most cases, XKP- seires rubber
pulverizers are used in combine with material conveyors, rubber
sieves and magnetic separators as a set.
Usually the material of out
two-roller rubber pulverizers can be either rubber chips of
several cm in size, typcial product of tyre crushing/ shredding,
or rubber granules of several mm in size.
In our Professional Series, we
first use LXF-series spiral rubber grinder/ granulator to process
rubber chips into granules beofre using XKP***0 to pulverize the
rubber, this brings sevral significantl advantages:
² The productivity of rubber
pulverizers can be increased by at leat *0% because they only need
to handle pure, much smaller rubber granules.
² The working life of rollers of
the pulverizers becomes 3 times longer as they no longer need to
handle steel wires mixed in the rubber.
² The purity of the rubber powder
gets improved significantly, as much less tiny steel particles
generated during pulverization.
In our Economy seires, we use
XKP- series pulverizers to handle rubber chips of **7 cm large
produced by CP***0 Series tyre crushers directly. This simplifies
the production procedure and reduces the total cost on the first
equipment cost.
What is the
difference between our XKP pulverizers and other manufacturers’
products with similar names?
There are many
manufactures producing rubber pulverizers with similar names to
our XKP series, such as XKP***0, XKP***0…etc. These machines
share same principle of working: squeezing the rubber with two
metal rollers, the numbers **0,**0,**0… indicate the diameter of
the rollers. However,with some different details,
performance of the machines can be very different. The
largest difference between our pulverizers and other
manufacturers’ is the design of the key component**-roller, which
contributes a significant percentage of the cost in
production and maintenance. Instead of using traditional cast
iron rollers, we use high quality cast steel with a layer of
special hard alloy, which make the working life of the rollers 3
times longer. Moreover, after being worn out , our rollers can be
easily repaired repeatedly, whereas traditional cast iron rollers
can be repaired once , then new rollers have to be used to
replaced them. Together with the coarse grinding
procedure in our recycling process, our tyre recycle line
can have **5 times lower cost on the rollers of the pulverizers
in the long run, which can save noticeable sum of money for the
clients.
