Function：
Steel wire cleaner/ Steel cord cleaner XKP Series is design for
cleaning the steel wires from waste radial tires. Steel wires generated from waste tire recycling
often have lots of rubber attached to them, this can cause serious
problem when recycling them directly as waste metal, such as
burning down steel refining equipments and air pollution. By
separating the steel wires and the rubber attached, it becomes much
easier to recycle the steel.
XKP Series can be used either
separately or be integrated in our profession series tire recycle
line. In our Professional Series Tire Recycle Line, it cleans the
steel wires magnetically separated by LXF Series spiral rubber grinder
set.
In most cases, the
steel wire cleaners are use in combine with & output
conveyors and **2 magnetic separators of different
types.
