General Description

YL*7GB Thyristor Temperature Controller (TTC) Series consists of SSR-DV (miniwatt of solid state relay) and MTC module (high-power), can also be with the Bidirectional Triode Thyristor (BTA) or two (BCA) Silicon Controlled Rectifiers in reverse parallel connection. The double frequency analog trigger changes the voltage value at ****0V to achieve the stepless control smoothly in system voltage of load circuit.

The produce process monitored strictly by the CE standard, thus ensure the hardware works in a wide range of anti-harmonic interference, as well as its components has stable critical value and long service life in high or low temperature condition.

The software of YL*7GB Thyristor Temperature Controller (TTC) Series, by use of the expert fuzzy technology and dual control logics to established P, I, D value in mainly logics for fast tracking, locking on the temperature set-point and deviation value restrains effectively temperature rush upward and downward, in order to meet different environment requirement. Applications in multi-point control include blister, blown film, bottle browning, extrusion, mould and mould temperature control machine.

Feature

1. Double simulate outputs, controls one or two SSR-DV solid state relays or only BTA Thyristor, directs one MTC Thyristor or the circuit of two BCA silicon controlled rectifiers in reverse parallel connection. (Selectable)

2. Soft starting function of the temperature rise, temperature rise time slope setting function. Adjust the display rise speed, the“HT” longer, the rise speed more slowly, and vice versa..

3. PID director, the whole process of “ATU” is quick, stable, effective and exactly.

4. Several “TC” thermocouple and measuring range are selectable.

5. Mainly output: Double simulate output control, chose G*-K1 or G*-K2 or both.
