SFP+ transceiver are multi-purpose optical modules for *0Gb/s data transmission applications at **0nm, ***0nm and ***0nm.
The SFP**0G******-xx / SFP**0G******-xx / SFP**0G*******-xx series single mode transceiver is small form factor pluggable module for duplex optical data communications up to *0G such as IEEE **2.3ae *0GBASE-ER,*0GBASE-EW, *0GBASE-ZR/ZW. It is with the SFP+ **-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. This module is designed for single mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of ***0 nm. The transmitter section uses a ***0nm EML, which is class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC*****5. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC.
