Acid Protease is widely used in brewery and manufacture of alcohol , food process ,feed additives,leather process , etc.
A protease catalyzes protein hydrolysis under acidic condition, fits to brewing and animal feed industries, etc.

Acid Protease Boli AP is produced from Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation and extraction and refining technique. It is a kind of enzyme which catalyzes protein hydrolysis under acidic condition and is applicable to hydrolyze the protein of plant and animal, brewing, animal feed and other related industries.

Product Characteristics

Thermo Stability
With pH of 2.0～4.0, it is stable below *0°C (**4°F), unstable above *0°C (**2°F) and inactivated quickly above *0°C (**0°F).

PH Stability
Boli AP is stable with pH between 2.5 and 4.0. It is inactivated quickly with pH below 2.5 or above 4.0.

Optimal Effect Temperature
The optimal action temperature range is *0～*0°C (**2°F) for 0.5% casein with pH around 3.0, the optimal temperature is *0°C (**4°F).

Optimal Effect PH Value
The optimal pH range is 2.5～4.0 at *0°C (**4°F), the optimal pH value is 3.0.

Effect of Metal Ions on Enzyme Activity
The enzyme activity is activated by Mn2+, Ca2+ and Mg2+, whereas inhibited by Cu2+, Hg2+ and Al3+.

Application

[Ethanol Industry]
The yield of production with starchy material can be improved by adding this product. The recommended dosage is *0～*6 U/g raw materials, and the actual dosage depends on the raw material and process. In intermittent batch fermentation process of ethanol production, it is added at one time when the fermentation tank is filled with one third of materials. In continuous fermentation process, it is fed consecutively according to the charging liquid of saccharification mash at the inlet of fermentation tank. In solid fermentation, it is added at one time into the material and mixed evenly after the steamed material is cooled below *0°C (*6°F).

[Animal Feed]
It can be used as feed additive, converting proteins contained in the feedstuff into peptides, hence facilitates the digestion and absorption of protein by animals.

[Hydrolysis of Animal Protein]
The recommended dosage is *0～**0 U/g raw material. The accurate dosage depends on the specific raw material and process.

[Brewing Industry]
Application of this product in soy sauce and vinegar production can improve the raw material utilization. Recommended dosage is *5 U/g raw material, and depending on the specific raw material and process.

[Coat Intenerating and Wool Dyeing]
This product can remove the tegument veins from wet blue leather, improve the softness and fullness of leather and uniformity of dyeing, increase leather yield, and improve the flexibility and dyeing properties of coat and dual-use coat. It is suitable for the secondary intenerate of leather and intenerate treatment of coat under acidic conditions.
