　PTFE Rod is made of unfilled PTFE resin (the regenerating PTFE resin can be contained) suitable for the processing of gaskets, seals and lubrication materials used in various corrosive media and electric insulation parts used at various frequencies. Specifically, it is formed through the technical processes such as mold pressing, paste extrusion or plunger extrusion. 
　　　
Features:
Its use temperature has very wide range (***0℃ ~ ***0℃).
Basically, it has the anti-corrosive quality against all the chemical substances except fluorides and alkaline metal solution.
It has excellent mechanical properties, including aging resistance, especially for bending and swinging applications.
It has excellent flame resistance, conforming to ASTM-D**5 and D**0 test procedures, which is regulated as the flame retardant material in the air.
It has excellent insulating properties (regardless of frequency and temperature)
It has low water absorption, self-lubrication and non-stickiness and other unique performances. 

Application:
PTFE rod is divided into two kinds: extruded rod and molded rod. In the known plastics, PTFE has the most excellent corrosion resistance and dielectric properties, which can be used at the temperature of ***0℃~***0℃. As it has the lowest friction coefficient, it is mainly suitable for long products and non-standard mechanical parts: seals/washers, rings, wear plates/base power, insulated parts, anti-corrosion industry, machinery parts, lining, oil and gas, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, equipment manufacturers, etc.
